1 whole-wheat tortilla
1T LF vegetable cream cheese –OR- Quick Bean Dip (recipe below)
1 grated carrot –OR- broccoli slaw
baby spinach leaves
Warm tortillas in a dry pan. Spread cream cheese or bean dip on them. Add spinach leaves and grated veggies. Roll up and serve or wrap in plastic wrap for snacking later.

Quick Bean Dip
1c FF, vegetarian refried beans _ to 1c salsa (you choose how hot)
Combine refried beans with salsa. Add more salsa for preferred consistency/taste.
With quick bean dip in place of the LF Vegetable Cream Cheese
